A thing done successfully, typically by effort, courage, or skill.
Example: "to reach this stage is a great achievement"

Autonomy
noun
The capacity of an agent to act in accordance with objective morality rather than under the influence of desires.

An acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists.

Cognition
noun
The mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses.

adjective
Produced or conducted by two or more parties working together.

Content
noun
The things that are held or included in something.

The circumstances that form the setting for an event, statement, or idea, and in terms of which it can be fully understood and assessed.

noun
A thing intended to correct or counteract something else.
Example: "the move might be a corrective to some inefficient practices within hospitals"

Error
noun
The state or condition of being wrong in conduct or judgment.

Feedback
noun
Information about reactions to a product, a person's performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement.
